Wellness coaching involves developing a customized, personal plan to assist you in lifestyle changes to enhance your well being and reach your goals. Health coaching can help with a variety of issues, including stress management, following new nutritional, exercise, and weight-loss plans, and also managing chronic conditions.
Seventy percent or more of chronic disease is based in our lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and stress management. There is no single approach to wellness that applies to everyone. The key to lasting health is understanding your unique self.
Initial 60 Minute Consultation – $80
Discuss goals, confidence level, plan development, determine what is most important to your immediate health and well being, what barriers are in the way, and underlying issues that have prevented previous success.
30 Minute Plan Management Session – $40
We will follow up and gauge progress and success. These sessions are usually every two weeks, which allow enough time between sessions to work on agreed upon goals. This helps to gain experience, learn ad dismantle barriers.
16 Week Coaching Package – $375
Committing to a 16 week program can increase your chance for successful change. After the initial one hour consultation, we will meet every two weeks for 3o minutes for a total of 8 management sessions.
