Policies

Clients are professionally draped at all times. Genitals and breasts are never exposed or massaged. Client information and records are kept private and confidential. Clients arriving late will be billed for the full session and treated in the time remaining.

Cancellation, No Call/No Show

Please give 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling of any massage session.  A fee of $25 will be required to rebook a no call/no show. Our time together is important, please make sure to make contact if you can not make it.  In case of an emergency, client or therapist may reschedule based on a mutual agreement.

New clients are asked to come a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and to discuss any issues prior to our first appointment.  Some conditions may be contraindicated for massage.

If a client has any of the following contagious illnesses the appointment must be rescheduled:

Diarrhea

Vomiting

Fever

Chicken Pox

Measles

Mumps

Meningitis

Hepatitis A

Conjunctivitis

Rubella

Head Lice

Herpes Active Stage

Impetigo

Influenza

Meningococcal Disease

Polio

Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp

Scabies

Shingles

Poison Oak/Ivy/Sumac

Thrush

Whooping Cough

the Common Cold

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Gift Certificates and Online Payments are available.  Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.  Personal Checks accepted if we know you. Check with your insurance company to see if your Health Savings Account (HSA) will cover massage & bodywork!

Gratuity

Tips are never expected but are greatly appreciated and graciously accepted. Gratuity has not been added to any service.
